Formatting your survey so that only one question appears on each page is easy. Here’s how:

Under “Survey Options” on the right, click on the “Quick Actions” drop down selection.
Click on “Make one question per page”.

All done! Give it a while to update, and you will notice that page breaks would have been added below every [...]
