Including pictures in your survey is easy. Here’s how:

1. Create a new question of type “Header/Text/Img”
2. Place the following HTML tag into the text field of the question: <img src="http://your-picture-link.jpg">
3. Replace http://your-picture-link.jpg with the link to your picture on the web.

All done! Click on “Save” to update and reflect your changes.
